SUP Lessons


“Stand Up Paddling” is a sport that has become very popular and trendy in recent years. This sport strengthens the whole body and helps to improve balance without straining the joints. Stand Up Paddling is the perfect way to keep fit and it is both easy and fun to learn. Within a very short amount of time you will be able to stand on the board and paddle confidently! A unique and magic experience that allows you to be in full contact with nature.

SUP - YOGA


During SUP yoga, the different yoga poses and breathing techniques are carried out on a SUP board - a completely new and challenging experience. SUP Yoga is suitable for all levels and does not require prior yoga experience. The highlight of SUP yoga is the connection with nature, the soothing effect of the water, the gentle rocking of the waves, the fresh air and the beauty of the landscapes.

  • Theoretical introduction to the equipment & safety on the water
  • SUP Yoga sessions in various wind protected locations
  • Basic knowledge in SUP and / or yoga is recommended

SUP - KIDS


This course is specially designed for our “SUP-KIDS”. Suitable for Kids from 8 to 14 years young, in our SUP BASIC course the kids will learn to stand up paddle in a fun and playful way!

  • Practical part with playful exercises
  • Fast learning of the SUP sport

SUP - ADVANCED


You already have experience with the SUP, you feel comfortable on the flat water and you are looking for perfect, versatile whole body training? Then you are in the right course. In addition to sport paddling at approximately 5km/h, we will help you to improve your technique and train your body holistically through different exercises. During the 1.5 hours of training sessions, we will be working on improving the paddling and the stance on the board and learning new racing techniques.

SUP - BASIC


The right course for all beginners! In this course you will learn the theory, practice & safety of stand-up paddling. We will explain the most important rules on the water; give you tips on how to use the board and paddle and we will exercise on the water to prepare you for SUP tours in our bay.
